Ajax FC Metz and Georges Mikautadze have reached an agreement on the transfer of the attacker to Ajax. The 22-year-old has signed a contract with the Amsterdam club until 2027.
Mikautadze is a young and talented striker who has been playing for Metz since 2019. He has scored 15 goals in 50 appearances for the French club.
Ajax has been looking for a new striker since Sébastien Haller left the club for Borussia Dortmund in January. Mikautadze is seen as the ideal replacement for the Ivorian.
